Dylan joins Cortex Engineering as a founding principal — and with him, we're proud to add Structures to what we deliver. He brings deep structural expertise across multi-span steel and prestressed concrete bridges, bridge widenings, MSE and retaining walls, and the mast arms, overhead sign structures, and toll gantries that keep Florida's corridors safe and moving.
His work spans the Central Florida Expressway Authority, Florida's Turnpike, and FDOT districts across the state, including the award-winning I-75 Express Lanes design-build. It's exactly the kind of judgment that makes a strong team even stronger, and we couldn't be happier to have him on board.
